1. In-Store Purchases
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
- Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh or frozen food)
- Hot food and ready-to-eat products
- Newspapers, magazines, and lottery tickets
- Personal care items (e.g., toiletries) that have been opened
Faulty or Damaged Products
- If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under UK consumer law.
- Faulty goods should be reported to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
2. Online Orders (Snappy Shopper)
For orders placed through Snappy Shopper:
- Refunds and returns are subject to Snappy Shopper’s own terms and conditions.
- Customers should contact Snappy Shopper support directly for order-related issues.

3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds cannot be processed to alternative payment methods.
4. Services (Hermes, Western Union, PayPoint)
Payments made for third-party services, including Hermes parcel services, Western Union transfers, and PayPoint payments, are non-refundable once processed.
- For disputes or service-related issues, customers must contact the respective service provider directly.
- We will provide assistance where possible to help you reach the correct point of contact.
