At Day-Today Sighthill, we aim to make shopping with us as convenient as possible. Whether you prefer to shop in-store or order online, we provide flexible delivery and collection options to suit your needs.
Through our partnership with Snappy Shopper, you can enjoy fast local delivery direct to your doorstep, typically within 30–60 minutes. You can also visit us in-store to pick up your order at your convenience.

2. Get confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery time.
3. We pack your order & deliver with care to keep items fresh while you wait.
4. Receive your order at home or collect it directly from our store.
Exchange or Return of Goods
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with every purchase. Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to both in-store purchases and online orders:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase (with proof of purchase).
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, hot food, newspapers, and opened personal care products, cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To return an item, please bring it to our store with your receipt, or contact us for assistance.
Refund Process
Refunds for eligible items will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
For third-party services (e.g., Hermes, Western Union, PayPoint), refunds are not possible once a transaction has been processed. For service disputes, please contact the respective provider directly.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Delivery usually takes 30–60 minutes, depending on order size and location.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, perishable and frozen items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
