Faulty or Damaged Products

2. Online Orders (Snappy Shopper)

For orders placed through Snappy Shopper:

    • Refunds and returns are subject to Snappy Shopper’s own terms and conditions.

4. Services (Hermes, Western Union, PayPoint)

Payments made for third-party services, including Hermes parcel services, Western Union transfers, and PayPoint payments, are non-refundable once processed.
